Last Swim Class

Today was Bailey's last class. It was fun day. He got to jump off the diving board and go down the slide. Then he finished up his class by practicing his swimming skills.

Last year he jumped off by himself. He was actually starting to learn how to dive too. We'll have to keep practicing this summer.

Who is the one child with all of the energy who can't wait to go down the slide? Bailey of course.

Baby Snake

Travis found his baby snake in the yard tonight. We deemed it safe, so Bailey wanted to hold it. He won't pick up a toad, but he'll hold a snake with no problems.

We let the snake go in daddy's grass.

The snake was trying to bury himself in the short grass. He didn't have much luck.

Dressed himself

Bailey and I went shopping today. Before we headed in the last store, he put this sticker on his shirt. Note the strawbery stained face.

After he got up from eating dinner, I realized he had his shorts on backwards ALL DAY LONG!

He really didn't care.

Loving Stinky

Moon and Saturn

We headed outside tonight to look at the moon. After several tries, we found Saturn. We could see its rings.

Hitch, Trailer and Tractor

Jason has been requesting pictures of the trailer, so here you go (plus more).

This is the goose neck hitch that Travis made. The rectangle hitch in the middle was on a steel plate. Everything else was designed and made custom for his truck.

Hitch down.

Hitch up. Yes, it is dirty.

Travis headed to Amarillo to buy, then work more than he thought he would have to on this trailer. We got it for a good price, so he says it was worth the headaches.

Bailey got to stay in Amarillo to hang out with his Grandparents while Daddy headed to Missouri to pick up the tractor. When Bailey came home, the one of the first things he wanted to see was the tractor.

Bailey's New Job

Bailey is now my official nut chopper.
